These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "Member") and bagh8 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing all use of the bagh8 website, mobile interface, games, and services accessible at bagh8.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on bagh8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

bagh8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bagh8. The creation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. bagh8 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet.
• bagh8 may at any time request identity verification documents (e.g., NID, passport, or birth certificate) to confirm eligibility. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• You may not transfer your account, access credentials, or account balance to any other person.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bagh8 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of locally trusted payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and accessible banking for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

Deposit Policy

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the respective payment gateway. bagh8 does not charge additional processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees. Accepted deposit methods include:

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions; during peak periods (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) processing times may extend to 48 hours. bagh8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bagh8 support team.
• All active bonuses must have their wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bagh8 may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling 7-day period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, unless the promotion is designated as a recurring or daily offer.

• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement conditions as standard bonuses.
• bagh8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, syndicate play, or any activity designed to exploit promotional terms.

Responsible Gaming & Prohibited Conduct

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bagh8 content without our prior written consent.

Fair Play Certification

All games available on bagh8 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. bagh8 does not manipulate game results in favour of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Account Suspension, Termination & Disputes

bagh8 may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases bagh8 will:

• Notify the player by email within 5 business days of the suspension decision, unless prohibited by law or ongoing investigation.
• Return verifiable real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC checks.
• Permanently void all bonus balances, promotional credits, and pending bonus conversion outcomes associated with the terminated account.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from a game outcome, transaction, or promotion, the player must first contact the bagh8 support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bagh8 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If the player remains unsatisfied with the outcome, escalation procedures outlined in the bagh8 internal complaints policy will apply. All decisions made by bagh8 following a full investigation are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bagh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bagh8's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the preceding 30 calendar days.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English, with proceedings administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.

Amendments to These Terms

bagh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bagh8 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights), amendments take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of bagh8 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
